Antonio Brown’s Record Day Bests Half of League

On Sunday, Antonio Brown once again made a statement as to why he should be considered the best WR in the NFL. Against the Oakland Raiders, Brown had 284 receiving yards on 17 receptions: the former bested the total passing performance of 13 of the 25 teams which played in Week 9. (Not including Pittsburgh or the 6 teams on bye.)

In addition, Brown’s 306 all-purpose yards was more than three entire teams had offensively in Week 9. The the Cleveland Browns had 213 total yards, the New York Jets 290, and the Minnesota Vikings had 293.

Brown currently leads the AFC in receiving yards with 1002 and is 2nd in the NFL (Julio Jones 1029.)
