Happy Holidays from Steel City Underground

On behalf of myself and the Steel City Underground team, I’d like to wish all of our readers, listeners, and followers a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and a blessed holiday season.

Our band of misfits doesn’t operate the North Pole, but they do work their butt off year-round to provide, what we feel is, the best coverage of the Pittsburgh Steelers outside of the organization themselves.

As such, our little elves deserve a breather. I have personally instructed my team to take it easy over the course of the next week and provided that the football players themselves don’t, we should all have a short period of relaxation (hopefully) as the Steelers face a wounded Texans team and a winless Browns one on New Year’s Eve.

Our writers and podcast hosts won’t be completely absent, but there may be a brief period of inactivity across our platforms as they spend time with their friends and family. Content will trickle out on a voluntary basis through the beginning of the New Year.

I’d like to once again personally thank everyone for supporting our endeavors. For those who have asked how someone can pledge a financial contribution to SCU during this holiday season, we currently offer a membership plan for $2 per month (details here) or you can feel free to send us a one-time donation through our PayPal (info@steelcityunderground.com).

As always, be safe, be good, and we’ll catch you later.

Sincerely,

Joe Kuzma
