The 2018 NFL Draft begins on Thursday, April 26th at 8 p.m. ET and will continue through Saturday.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have a total of seven selections in this year’s draft, beginning with pick 28 in the first round. Here is a breakdown of those seven picks and when they occur.

  • The Steelers traded their fourth-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for TE Vance McDonald and the 49ers fifth-round pick in 2018.
  • Initially, the Steelers traded their 2018 sixth-round pick to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for CB Justin Gilbert. The Steelers received the pick back in exchange for WR Sammie Coates and Pittsburgh’s seventh-round selection in 2019.
  • The Steelers then traded their sixth-round pick to Tampa Bay in exchange for S J.J. Wilcox and the Buccaneers’ 2019 seventh-round pick.
