As my passion for sports grew, so did my knowledge. Just watching the game of football wasn’t enough. I had to learn it. I had to study it. The more my knowledge grew, the less I had people around me to talk to about it. The casual fan wasn’t enough for me. So, I took to the Twittersphere to find more like-minded individuals to talk about the game with. After following all of the Steelers blogs and interacting with the bloggers on Twitter, one had learned of my want to write and reached out to me for an opportunity.
My writing experience comes from two places. When Bleacher Report had first kicked off and it was mostly fan contributed, I had 8 articles published on the site. I also have a Sports Management degree from the University of California (PA), Go Vulcans!
I’d like to think that I’m a cool guy, despite what my wife says. If you run across me on Twitter, feel free to stay a while and have a chat!
